Create Your Telegram Bot with BotFather

1. Open Telegram, search @BotFather, and type /newbot.
2. Follow prompts for a bot name (e.g., "MetalPricesAlert") and a unique username (e.g., "MetalPricesAlert_bot").
3. BotFather will provide an HTTP API Token (e.g., 123...XYZ). Copy this BOT_TOKEN and keep it safe.

Find Your Telegram Chat ID

1. Start a chat with your new bot and send any message (e.g., "Hello").
2. In a web browser, go to https://api.telegram.org/bot<YOUR_BOT_TOKEN>/getUpdates.
3. Look for "chat":{"id": in the JSON output. The number that follows is your Chat ID (e.g., 1234567890). Copy this CHAT_ID.
